Solution Architect - Client Services Up to $155K PackageBurlington, MA. A high growth, leading Company in the on-demand ecommerce space is seeking a Solution Architect for its world class team. The Company offers a feature-rich, enterprise-class platform that powers some of the world’s leading brands. Their solution combines best practice customer experience applications, a sophisticated cross-channel merchandising environment, an open development environment for full platform customization and extension, and the efficiency and power of next generation cloud computing. In the role of Solution Architect on the Client Services team, you would work collaboratively with the sales team, other delivery consultants, partners and sub-contractors to successfully scope and implement customer solutions. In both pre and post-sale phases of a project you would lead teams in the architect and design of innovative ecommerce solutions that support industry leading best practices in technology, features, performance and scalability. To be considered for this outstanding opportunity you must have prior solution architecture experience designing and implementing complex enterprise applications in B2C ecommerce, ERP, CRM, and/or SFA or similar. You must have strong customer facing skills and prior implementation delivery experience preferably in a consulting or professional services environment. The Customer Implementation Support Engineer, working with the Company’s Sales, Pre-Sales and Professional Services organizations in the planning and execution of software implementations, will gather the technical details on the customer, review with the customer their goals and desired outcomes and then prepare them for the upcoming implementation. Specific responsibilities include providing technical support to customers as necessary, functioning as the technical expert in managing phases of implementation planning, documenting key customer projects and being a customer advocate and trusted technical resource.
