A well funded, innovative Company with an impressive track record is seeking a Director of Professional Services to join its outstanding senior management team. The Company is a privately held, venture capital funded enterprise developing authentication and access management solutions for the healthcare, financial services, banking and state/local government verticals. Its award winning, solutions are changing the way organizations secure their networks, applications and integrated IT/building access. The Company has an exceptionally strong brand and footprint and is well positioned in the IT security market. Year over year growth has consistently been in the double digits and the company is profitable and cash flow positive. As the Director of Professional Services you will establish direction and lead a highly qualified US team of Implementation Engineers, Project Managers and Technical Deployment Managers responsible for the implementation and customer training of the Company’s solutions. Specific responsibilities include providing guidance to engineering and product management on new product requirements, optimizing professional services offerings relating to cost, efficiency and customer satisfaction, establishing clear and measurable objectives and overseeing the completion of requirement definitions during the implementation of the Company’s platform. To be considered for this opportunity, you must have prior experience managing a software implementation team, the ability to synthesize and communicate complex technical issues to technical and non-technical audiences at all levels, advanced experience with CRM systems, experience with PSA platforms, knowledge of Microsoft Windows administration, client/server applications, web-based applications, Citrix and VMware and the ability to develop and motivate remote teams. Experience in the Healthcare industry would be a plus.
